static front page editing

  • Hi everyone, Im working on a friends blog and trying to design it like a website. Im trying to make the static front page clear of all the widgets from the side bar. but I want the widgets/sidebar there when we go to the blog page. is this possible?

    Also how do you change the order of the pages appearing it used to be in the dashboard but now i cant seem to find it
