Static front page for theme: Portfolium

  • Hi there, I’m trying to set up a static front page in the theme Portfolium. I am using my” About” page. However, when I set it to Reading–>Static front page, all the content disappears from it. I get a blank static front page. Can someone please help?

    Portfolium does not look like it’s in the www.ads-software.com repository so I’d suggest you get support from the author.

    That said the likely cause is you’ve set up your About content as a post rather than in the content of a page.

    Edit the static page you set up and copy the content in from the post. Then remove the post.

    I’ve set up the content as a “Page”, not “Post” from the beginning — but it seems to get hidden when I set it up as a static page though. Hmm, will ask after it on the WP Shower page too. Thanks!
