• We are using Twenty Twelve on our blog with edits done via a child theme. Everything looks great and is working in FireFox but when the site is viewed on Chrome, Safari, or IE it loads the blog post page instead of the static front page.

The blog resides in a subdirectory /blog with the htaccess and index.php residing in the root per the Giving WordPress Its Own Directory instructions.

Plugins were all disabled and nothing changed. Not exactly sure why it would show up in one browser okay and not the others. If I log into the admin while in Chrome, Safari, or IE and then view the site it works normal but when I am not logged in it reverts to showing the blog post page instead of the static front page. I am not sure why it only works when logged into admin.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
