Static Front Page with no Widget

  • Hi,

    I manually added a home page to my blog, but the blog sidebar is missing. How I can add this to the front page? I believe the manual front page is called a static page.

  • Hi there,
    This is a page so you will need to have widgets in your Page Sidebar under Appearance->Widgets. If you need the same widgets as the blog sidebar, just clone them.

    Also make sure you are using the default page template and not the fullwidth page.
