Static home page not showing content

    I’m using the Ecommerce Online Store theme by asterthemes. I changed the settings in Customize > Homepage Settings to use a static page instead of the latest posts. I double-checked in Settings > Reading, and the homepage is indeed set to a static page. However, the issue is that the content from the page isn’t displaying. I tried purging the cache, I also tried turning off my plugins to see if it would work, but it didn’t. I even changed the theme a few times, and I encountered the same problem.

    I’ve been trying to solve this issue for a while, and I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this.

    I visited the site you have mentioned and I noticed 2 things:

    1. Going directly to your site shows me this page: https://share.zight.com/v1und65e
    2. When adding a “?nocache=1” to your site URL to bypass cache, it shows a different content: https://share.zight.com/5zub4eZD

    You may have some cache issue. I would recommend reviewing any cache or optimization plugins you have installed. If your hosting has a server-side cache, I would also look into that as well.

    Your server is using Nginx’s proxy cache, therefore, you must clear it after making changes to your website:

    I cleared the cache and It still didn’t work. I cantacted asterthemes but didn’t get an answer yet. I’m now using a different theme and it works perfectly. I think I’ll just stay with it. Thank you for your help!
