    Hi,

Is it possible to have a static order list?
We have to change orders because of the way of handeling them; combine, split, delete, etc. We would like to have a place where the user can see the orginally placed order.

We are saving PDF files that shows the original order. So what we could do is to have a (static) list of the ordernumbers of the orders that were placed by the user. Of course this list should be user specific.

I tried many ways, and searched for plugins but didn’t find anything yet. Maybe you know a plugin that is doing something like that?

    Best regards,
    Olga

    Hi Olga,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

If I understand correctly, you’d like to find a way to display original orders to your customers because the way you process orders means they can no longer view the original order. Is that correct?

If so, I’m not aware of any plugins that can do that. You should be able to find someone to custom code this feature for you.

Otherwise, you could export the orders as a list using one of these plugins:

    Hi,

I’m sorry, I was trying to find a solution in a different way. Which worked in the end.

We are using a plugin called “Smart order management”, that shows (on the customer profile page) a list of the ordered items. I add the order number as a meta data to this order. And with this order number I can link to a PDF that was created by the plugin “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips”.

May sounds complicated, but it’s the way it worked best for us ??

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

You’re welcome, and thanks for the update!

No problem, and I’m happy to hear you found a solution.

Hmm, that sounds like a good solution to me. I guess there isn’t a plugin for generating a PDF list of orders like you need, but you found a useful solution by using two plugins ??

If you need any more assistance, we can help you out on a new thread. Thanks!
