So you can set WordPress to load a page as your homepage instead of your latest blog post…

But what if I want to set it that way, but the have a link to point users to the equivalent of the default wordpress homepage (last 10 blog posts).

    How do I do that?

Thank you in advance for your response

Create a page and call it whatever you want, like “Blog Posts.”

    Then go to

    Dashboard–>Options–>Reading–>

…it’s the same place where you’ve set up your static page, only now you go to the toggle menu that says “Posts Page”.

Hit the toggle and find the “Blog Posts” page (or whatever you called it), select it and save it. That page is now where your blog posts will go.

Now whenever or wherever your pages are listed, there is a link to your blog posts. (Like when you use the wp_list_pages tag.)

I hope I explained that okay.

Under the “Posts Page” dropdown there is not a “Blog Posts” page. I have an archive page with lists of headlines, but I want a page that has the full body of the last ten posts….

Sorry if I am being confusing.
