I’m setting up a new blog site and “archiving” the old one. It has been there for 17years and moving it would be a major PITA. So what I’d like to do is have the static page (with an explanation) be what a visitor would see then have a link that takes them to what they normally would see if the static page were not there. But how the heckaroni do I do that?

I don’t want the link to be to a specific post, but rather have a list of posts just like normal. Is there a way to do this?

    I suppose I could do this inside a post…Hmm. If it isn’t possible, that’s what I’ll do.
