Static page won’t show after update

    I’ve been running Lectura Lite theme v1.0.4, unmodified, on my site with a static home page. After the theme auto-updated to v1.1.0, the page content disappeared on my static home page. I tried using different pages as the static page, but all had the same problem. The pages appear fine when they are not set to be the static page. If I change the homepage settings to show featured posts, then the featured post summaries display fine, but still no front page content. The pages in question are pretty simple text/html pages with a few basic widgets. I’ve tried disabling other plugins to no avail
    I restored from backup to v1.0.4 and everything was fine, but after the theme updated again it broke. Any suggestions?

    As a workaround, I used the theme editor to replace the contents of the new front-page.php with the previous (v1.0.4) contents, and now the static page is working.
