Static pages and Permalink problems.

I am using a green theme template (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/green-theme), you can see the site I am working on here (https://shark-hosting.com) Every time I turn on static pages or change the permalinks to post names the right hand menu buttons disappear. Can anyone help me with this? Much appreciated.
