Static Text above posts on other than home page

I am a novice at using word press , built my website and learned everything I know on my own. I run a small successful business ( Fishing Tackle Repair ) I recently used the Face Book Photo Fetcher to retrieve all my photos from my Company Page and began updating my website adding the photo albums as posts to a page other than my home page ( Im using a static home page ) My question is : I would like to have a brief introductory post to remain on the top of the page the posts are on ( in this case the page is labeled photos ) Could someone please provide me a solution that is simple. I do not know CSS code either like I said I built this website myself and taught my self everything I know by basically messing around with the controls.
