Static text fields (info/guidance)

    Hi

    and first of all thank you for a great plugin! One little thing that is missing for me is the ability to provide the user some extra information/guidance, depending on their selection in a previous field. For user-experience and readability that text must have HTML formatting (which is not available in the current version’s “Extra Information” field).

    Is there any way or are there any plans to include in the feature a simple HTML text field where the service can supply informative text for the user (depending on previous selections) and that it retains most of the features of the current fields such as width and especially the visibility one?

    Hi there,

    We have added suggestion in our new features list so that you will have HTML info custom field type. You will be able to display it as like any other custom field and also apply visibility conditional logic.

    I hope this will solve your need.

    Thank you very much for your reply. I have updated SC to the latest version (2.0.4) and although there some excellent features, I do not seem to be able to find the custom field you are referring to above… There is no HTML info field type… Am I missing something?screen capture

    We have added HTML info field type in the latest version (2.0.9) of the plugin. Please update the plugin to the latest version.
