Static thumbnails when users use arrows on main slide

Hello,

I would like to know if the “slider with vertical thumbnails-align right” layout can allow the user to use the arrows over the main image (big photo to the left), but not scroll through the thumbnails. In other words, only moving the thumbnails if the users manually does it, but not moving them even if the user scrolls through slides on the main image (i.e. static thumbnails regardless of position/slide of main large image).
