stating site license not deactivating

HI, i have professional packing for lifetime, when i tired to activate plugin in production site it says “Your license quota of 1 site(s) has been reached. If you think this is a mistake please contact support via [email protected]”
When i try to find the deactivation of lic from stating site i could not find any option to do so. I tried by disable the plugin in stating site and activating on production site by entering the lic key the same message coming as mentioned above.

Need your quick support to fix this license shift issue.
