Statistics button in menu always shows red balloon for 1 notification

That is indeed annoying. That seems like a bug. It is not our intention to mislead you.

We’re happy to help solve this issue. Can you tell me if there are any errors in the console? To open the console in your browser, right-click anywhere on the Burst Dashboard and select “Inspect” or “Inspect Element,” then navigate to the “Console” tab.

I am sorry but I am traveling and only can access through the browser on a small tablet…

I hope it can be solved, this appeared maybe two versions ago. The latest version installed today did not get rid of the bug. Baloon still there in the menu. If I may suggest, maybe is better to add a manual Dismiss button per each notification? Because that last Completed one cannot be deleted by any means.

Alright, no worries. I’ll try to reproduce the issue, but this is a lot harder to do without more information. So for now I’ll try to reproduce and find the issue. If I find the issue, we will solve it. If not, we would need more information, maybe after your travels.
