Statistics Issue

    Hello, I am using your plugin. It seems to work, but I’m having problems with the statistics.

    #1 – How can I flush the statistics after so many days. Ideally, it would only retain stats for a month or so.

    #2 – I’m not sure that it’s recording signups correctly. It’s showing no signups ever. Do you have troubleshooting information for the statistics?

    #1 – How can I flush the statistics after so many days. Ideally, it would only retain stats for a month or so.

    You can clear statistics directly in the tab – Statistics.
    Click on button – “Clear Data”

    #2 – I’m not sure that it’s recording signups correctly. It’s showing no signups ever. Do you have troubleshooting information for the statistics?

    We checked the registration statistics.
    Problems in work didn’t notice.
    Could you provide more information to find problem?
