It seems to me that the issue is caused by this error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined

I visited your website with Litespeedcache minification disabled (You can do so by visiting the website with this URL parameter: https://nodoitalia.com/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm), Burst works when minification is disabled. So the issue is caused by this.

I think you need to exclude this file from being cached:
https://nodoitalia.com/wp-content/plugins/gutenberg/build/api-fetch/index.min.js

I think adding this line to the exclude will fix the issue: *api-fetch*
This will cause all scripts containing ap-fetch to be excluded.
