  • Hello @aliceevra!

It seems I couldn’t be sure about the issue you are facing.

Can you please share more details about it? It will be very helpful if you please share related screenshots with us.
We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

For better assistance, please also share your WooCommerce error logs and System Status on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:

System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Hey @aliceevra

I understand you have an issue with your WooCommerce statistics

Could you try regenerating the Analytics data and see if it helps by following this guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-historical-data

If this does not work, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status as requested earlier? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I can insert system report hidden ?

    Hi @aliceevra

I understand that you tried importing Historical Data but that didn’t work.

Did you clear the analytics cache first? If not, please do that by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache .

Once cleared, you can re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics ? Settings

If it doesn’t solve the problem, please share the system status report as requested above so we can check if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread closed for now – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
