Statistik Counter

The statistic-values that UBM counts seems weird, after a quarter of minutes the value for any banner is extremly high.
E.g. for one banner the value only for December (until 16th of December) is 142681, i think that is far to high.
Questions:
– Does UBM also count search-bot-views?
– is there an IP-Lock in UBM-Premium (so the impressions of the following pages a user maybe read doesn’t affect the statistic)
