    Sent again. Again did not give me a ticket #. Form simply closed after hitting submit.

    Roch, I’m getting the same thing.
    It’s easy to see it now. I’m only 1 game into my season.
    Nothing has changed in configuration. All I did was add a new season and add the players to that season.

    @rochesterj I’m going to modlook this one because I don’t have the permission to redact but I know that we shouldn’t be asking for or posting email addresses in these forums.

    @franzfunky Unfortunately we aren’t allowed to support premium products here, and as frustrating as it may be you will need to wait for the private support team to get back to you. They usually reply within 24 hours, but if it’s been longer and you are unsure whether they have received your message then you can try sending another ticket.

    @rochesterj – Please NEVER ask for (or share) anyone’s email on the forums again, it’s not safe and that’s how people get harassed by the unscrupulous ??

    @franzfunky – Please don’t post your email address in public. People suck and will use it to harass you ??

    Also @brianmiyaji is correct. They can’t help you with premium products here. However if you’re having trouble submitting a ticket, they should have a contact form on their site (or in this case, we absolutely would allow SportsPress to give you a company email to contact for help with the premium stuff).

    Hey guys!

    That was a rookie mistake, I’m really sorry for asking for his email address. This surely won’t happen again. I did point out that we had a premium support team, but I should have provided other contact methods (such as our contact form or ticket submission form).

    Again, I’m really sorry, and thanks a lot for the help.

    @brianmiyaji – I’ve submitted four Tickets and nothing. I see no other way to contact the team other than these tickets that are not going through.

    I will send again.

    I completely understand you can’t help me here, however @gator8 is having the same issue with the free version. Post a fix for that here – at least it will give me a place to start.

    Very Frustrated.
