    Hi Jeremy,

A week ago I cloned one of the blogs by using the ns-cloner plugin, this action resulted in loosing the stats of the first blog. I asked your team to fix the issue if possible, instead of it they merged the stats of both blogs. Many emails have been exchanged with the issue remaining unresolved. May I ask you please to have a look at it.

    Regards,
    Pavlos

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I unfortunately can’t do much from my end since I don’t know your site URL.

If you still experience issues, I would recommend that you reply to one of my colleagues and let them know that the problem is still happening; they’ll be happy to solve the problem for you!

    Hi Jeremy,

Today I got another reply from your team, the situation is even worse, totally lost all the stats from main blog! Furthermore, the cloned one that is only 10 days old depicts some stats for the last two months. Totally meshed up! I have already spoken to 3 people of the team, it’s been one week and every time they attempt to fix the issue it becomes worse. Can you please help, what’s your email address so that I can forward all the correspondence and details needed.

    Regards,
    Pavlos

Jeremy many thanks, you are a star!! Yes the issue is now solved and all stats are shown as should be!

    Hi guys,

    Thankyou for your support.

I believe I have the same issue as is being discussed here, but I’m not clear on the next step. Am I to email somebody?

I cloned our jetpack site and I’ve lost a bunch of stats. I’ve just turned stats back on, and they’re working now. More importantly, an admin tells me that she’s lost a bunch of blog followers. Is that possible?

Also from the workpress.com login, the “My Site” now points to the clone rather than the production site. It is all very confusing!

    Thanks,
Yeti. I hope I’m not hijacking the previous thread.

I’ll be happy to take a look at your site there and figure out what happened, but to do so I will need to know what your site URL is. If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

    Thank you!
