stats counted differently

Hi. thanks for your amazing plugin and keeping it free all along. I’ve been using your plugin for more than a year. So far, I am able to see myself under the “right now ” tab when ever I browse my site. With the latest update, I am not able to do so any more. I would like it to be the same as the previous versions. Where do I go to change?

I did not change any settings after the update, unless I am unaware that I did. And no matter which platform I browse my site, whether it’s on the mobile, pc, ipad etc, I cannot see myself on the right now tab. Do you have any idea? thanks again!
