Stats Counter plug-in not working?

I just installed the Stats Counter plug-in, but I think it’s not working.

When I select the top-level Stats Counter link, the resulting view is empty with the exception of these words at the top: WPADM Statistic.

When I click on the Stats Counter link below that, I see the same thing.

When I click on the WPAdm link below that, the Status displays are “OK,” with the exception of Max Memory Limit. It says “Correct operation of the plugin can not be guaranteed.”

Suggestions appreciated!

Meanwhile, I am searching for a website analytics tool that will tell me demographic details about a visitor. I have Visitors Traffic Pro installed, but it only shows me country and IP address for a visitor. I know that Google Analytics, Alexa and other tools will reveal detailed demographics, but they require the addition of code on each website page. I’m not a coder and don’t know how to do this.

Does anyone know of any web analytics tool that can simply be downloaded and installed, without manual coding, that will tell me details about the person who visited my website? Simply knowing the name of an ISP or data center/NOC affiliated with an IP address is not helpful. At minimum I’d like to know what city a visitor is from – the location of the visitor himself.
