Stats doesn't work in Knews plugin

I’m having similar problems with stats, with Knews Pro. I sent out a manual newsletter twice over the past couple days, and the stats are not zero, but they are way lower than they should be. Even though the bounce tracking and tracking pixel are set up, it only registered a few opens and zero bounces in the stats, on an email in the high hundreds of recipients. I need some way to address this or I’ll have to find an alternate solution. Is there any way to get the stats working better, or an update planned to address stat/tracking reliability?
