Stats don’t populate

  • I have used this plugin for a long time and have been very happy with it. However, since the last update, the stats do not populate at all. They no longer show in the dashboard and when I click to the stats page, all I get is stats titles with greyed out areas below. No stats. I have a screen shot I can send if necessary. What can be done? Thanks!

    Reza – Thank you for reaching out. I checked the plugin today and it has started working again. I have done nothing to make that happen. Not sure why they stopped and then started working again, but if it happens again, I will take a screen shot and post it again to the forum. Thank you!

    Reza – I take that back. I just found out that WP-Cerber plugin interferes with the WP-Statistics plugin. Not quite sure why unless it was a recent update on their part.
