Stats Not Accurate and Email Subscribers Not Receving Email

Hi there!

When you say they are not accurate, what’s the issue? I see lots of stats going back to April. What’s wrong with them exactly?

As for your subscribers, I can see that an email was sent to them yesterday. Can you give me an email address that should have gotten an email but didn’t? I’ll look into it.

When Krystal’s loading the stats, she sees the image in the first link. In the dropdown she sees WP and Jetpack (second link). Switching to Jetpack, everything looks right and switching back to WP is no longer possible (third link).

Is there any way to clean it up so going to /my-stats/ always only shows the right one (i.e. Jetpack)?

Ok, I understand the problem. She can hide the WordPress.com site from her list by going here:

https://krystalcooks.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

and logging in with her WordPress.com account. Then, she can change the visibility of the site by following the instructions here:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

This will remove the site from the list, but the site itself will still exist and be associated with her account, in case she ever wants to use it again or access it’s content. Later, she can make it visible again by reversing the steps. ??

That’s helpful, but not exactly getting at the core issue. It appears as though all my stats are not being recorded properly.

So, Jetpack will only count the comments made while you have been connected to Jetpack. You have had several periods where you haven’t been connected, which is where the innacurate count comes from.

Are there any other discrepancies that you’re concerned about?
