Hello and thanks for a great plugin! All works great except that stats no loading on the admin dashboard. After disabling all plugins, the culprit turned out to be the Bookly plugin. Hoping for this to be resolve in the coming updates. Thanks!

    Hi @lov4mu6,

Thank you for your kind words and for bringing this issue to our attention!

It seems that when the Bookly plugin (https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/) is activated, the Traffic Overview widget cannot be loaded.

I have escalated this matter to our team for further review and investigation. We’ll work to address this as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Regards,
    Matthew

Thank you! Another question: Is UTM tracking feature still in development?

    Dear @lov4mu6,

Could you please provide more details about your inquiry?

We already support tracking query parameters.

    Thanks!

    Hi Matthew,

I noticed that “Query Parameter: All” button at the top-right of the screen is frozen due to being a premium feature. Does that mean that only the premium version will analyze UTM parameters? As it stands now, the UTM is not being picked up by the plugin. All looks good under Settings -> “URL Query Parameters”

    Thanks!

    Dear @lov4mu6,

Please note that accessing the Query Parameter feature requires the Data Plus add-on.

However, I’d like to clarify that the data is still recorded even without the add-on. The Data Plus add-on is needed to access and utilize this feature.

    Regards,
    Matthew
