    Jetpack stats will not load. Checked all day, but still just a spinning not loading response.

    1. Check for plugin conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with Jetpack’s functionality. Try disabling all other plugins except Jetpack to see if the stats load. If they do, re-enable the other plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
    2. Ensure your site is publicly accessible: Jetpack stats require that your site be accessible to the public. Make sure that your site is not in maintenance mode or blocked by a “Coming Soon” plugin.

    I tried turning off plugins, but no conflicts

    I removed cache plugin, did not change anything

    I disconnect and reconnect to Jetpack, but still spinning wheel

    Tried finding where to submit support ticket to Jetpack at their support site, but only get AI response. From this side, Jetpack AI support is a nightmare.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues. From my side stats appear to load fine under your WordPress.com dashboard here: https://wordpress.com/stats/day/photoscapes.com.

    In the meantime, could you check if there are any JavaScript errors in your browser’s console while you’re trying to access the stats? These errors might point us in the right direction.

    To do that, you can:

    1. Open your website stats page.
    2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select “Inspect” or “Inspect Element” depending on your browser.
    3. Go to the “Console” tab to see if there are any error messages.

    Once we have those details, we can analyze the situation better and assist you accordingly.
