    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

    Sure, sorry.

My old WordPress.com blog is https://www.petiteprof79.wordpress.com

The stats from this blog were not transfered.

The new one (the stats of which were reset to 0 when I updated the plugin a few days ago) is https://www.petiteprof79.eu

    Thanks

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site. It seems you were using a different site URL (petiteprof.stephanie-woessner.de) in the past, and that’s what caused the issue. I hae fixed the problem, and you can get your Stats back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

That’s unfortunately not an automatic process. I went ahead and transferred your Stats for you.

Thank you very much. It’s true, I hadn’t thought about the fact that I changed the site URL.
