In a dev environment, we recently upgraded our theme. Once we did that, Jetpack now thinks the dev environment is our production site despite the fact that we clicked the “confirm safe mode”. We never updated the theme on our production site as a note.

All of our stats are now showing on the dev site, with the production site having a reset count.

Would love to have this fixed, otherwise, the stats are pretty much worthless as it wiped out all the site history.

Thanks for any help with this.

Hi @bward, can you get in touch here with links to your dev and production environments? We’ll need to check information on both sites, but we should be able to help you sort it out:

    Appreciate the follow up supernovia.

    Prod – https://worldeventsandthebible.com/
    Dev – https://n19.2c4.myftpupload.com

I did have another dev site, of https://9km.f7f.myftpupload.com, but that should not be in the mix here.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks @bward, actually the biggest thing we need is authorization directly from the account owner. We can’t make changes based on a forum post since we have no way here to verify you own those site connections.

    Can you contact us here?
    https://jetpack.com/contact-support/

You can also use Debug > Contact in your dashboard if you prefer. Thanks in advance!

No problem. I did that initially and did not receive a response. I will go ahead and do that now via debug and reference this post.

Thanks! If you sent that in more than a day ago, please check your spam filters to see if our responses are getting stuck. Cheers!

Thanks for the reminder, but I did do that. I will keep an eye out for a response. Thanks again.

If you haven’t received a reply by now, please check your email’s spam folder. If it still doesn’t show there, please contact us specifically via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ only, and reply here with the time you sent it (and the timezone you’re in of course).

I checked and there is nothing there, though I have received other Jetpack related emails. I filled out another support request at the link you advised. I also submitted a report through debug on my site last night as I was advised.

The report I just submitted was at 7:17pm CST.

I see a request from you in our support system from 8 hours ago, so it’s definitely there for them.

They haven’t sent a reply yet, but they will once it comes up next in line. ??
