Orders with custom status do not appear in either the “woocommerce reports” or the “woocommerce status” on the home page.

They are two very useful questions.

I only can see the standard status, not the custom status.

    Hello,

We are delighted to assist you.

Here’s how you can view the status of custom orders from the Analytics option:

1- Go to Analytics > Settings > Excluded Statuses: Here, you can exclude or include the existing WooCommerce statuses or custom statuses that you choose.

2- Go to Analytics > Orders: In this section, you can see the selected order statuses (both existing and custom).

Additionally, you can use the “Show” option to select the advanced filter and view the specific status you want separately.

Meanwhile, our team will be evaluating why this is not functioning as expected in the reports.

    Peace!

Thanks for the response, but the Analytics section is slower and more complex.

I am talking about the other two sections, and the custom states do not appear there:

1o In the summary when entering wordpress they call “woocoomerce status” on the desktop.

2o The Woocoomerce > Reports section does not work either.

    Surely both issues are related.

do you add the feature? Cz I notice there have a option called paid status and I already enabled but still those status not detect in report or not mark them as a paid status, in this case it hard to see overall monthly sale in woocommerce, cz those status amount not included in report.

I want to show or manage those status as like processing, complete order
