Stats showing incorrect information when changing timeframe

I’m using Jetpack stats and I’ve found a bug in the Clicks report.
It looks like when making the time-frame bigger on the Clicks report (for example from 7 days to 30 days), I can clearly see that data is missing, as for some domains the amount of clicks is smaller in the 30 days report than it was in the 7 days report.
Here are a couple of screenshots where we can see that the clicks for the domain “www.booking.com” is 702 in the 7 days report, but 473 in the 30 days report, which is impossible:
