    Hi there,

The Jetpack stats pixel is literally just a single tracking pixel loaded on your site. It’s very unlikely that it can have any impact on your site’s performance.

If you’ve never used Jetpack it’s also very unlikely that your site would be loading that pixel at all.

What is your site’s URL, and where exactly are you seeing the stats pixel being loaded, and that it’s slowing down your site?

    @kokkieh
    my website url: https://bit.ly/2lvnSQG
    files:
    https://stats.wp.com/w.js
    https://pixel.wp.com/g.gif
    https://pixel.wp.com/t.gif
    and…

None of these files are not available from Iran. I want to cancel all this because it takes up to 6 minutes to load my admin panel

You said you’ve never used Jetpack, but our debugger page shows a Jetpack connection for your site, which would indicate you do have the plugin installed.

    https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmosije.com%2F

If you don’t want to use Jetpack, go to Plugins ->Installed Plugins in WP-Admin, and delete it. If that doesn’t help, log in via FTP at your host, and delete the plugin folder at /wp-content/plugins/jetpack

If you want to use Jetpack, but you don’t want to use the Stats feature, you can disable the stats module as explained here:

    Dear @kokkieh
I had never never used jetpack. And for the first time I installed this plugin a few hours ago, I might be able to disable it.
And now I’m sure this plugin is properly disabled and removed.
This plugin has been problematic for us Please suggest a solution to fix this problem.

Okay, this might be location-related. The stats pixel should normally have no effect on your site’s performance, but you mentioned you’re based in Iran, and unfortunately access to WordPress.com and services offered by WordPress.com, like the Jetpack stats pixel, often get blocked by ISPs in that country. That’s what’s causing these resources to take so long to load on your site.

If you completely delete the Jetpack folder from your server as I explained above, your site won’t try to load those resources any more, and you should no longer have this issue.

Make sure you also clear your site cache and your browser cache after deleting Jetpack.

    Dear @kokkieh
I’m sure sure sure JetPack has been removed and there are no plugins in my directory (none already exist).
I’m sure my site cache and my cdn cache have been cleared. And I open the site in my Private mode browser. But these files still exist and have been a problem for me.

If those files still exist, then they must be in another folder on your server. Disable all plugins on your site and see if that helps. If it does, it means another plugin on your site are loading those resources. Then re-enable your plugins one at a time until the problem reappears to find out which one is the problem.

We can only help with the Jetpack plugin, and if you’ve already deleted that, it means those files are not coming from the plugin.

We don’t control your site, and we don’t have access to your server, so there’s nothing else we can do from our end.
