stats.wp.com blocked resources that may effect in google index

i am using jetpack and wordpress latest version. when i open webmaster tool i show one blocked resources, please see Screen shot.

i am using jetpack’s three functionalities photon, protect and publicize. i have inactive another functionalities still i am getting this two blocked resources error in webmaster.

i have also tried to check with fetch and render function in webmaster tool, it has show me blocked resources.

webmaster tool said that, “Rendering without certain resources can impair the indexing of your web pages.”

please need help.
