    When I get an order authorization (Skyverge authorizenet plugin) order comes in as processing, but then inexplicably moves to Completed status within 15-30 mins (without human intervention).

    Would you plugin help eliminate this situation?

    Hi,

    I suggest you can test this with the free version of the plugin. I tried to test it but unfortunately would need a live environment for Skyverge authorizenet plugin.

    Hi @swamp1unicorn,

    I just wanted to add – the plugin can’t prevent status from being changed, i.e., it will still go from processing to completed. However, it’s possible to create a rule in our plugin that will revert the status from completed to processing right away. Not sure if this is the best solution, though. If you still wish to try, then you need to create a rule with “Status from” set to “Completed”, “Status to” to “Processing” (or any other status), “Time trigger” to “0”, and “Payment gateways” to “Skyverge authorizenet plugin”. All settings are in “WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules > Rule #X”.
