• Hola necesito ayuda con un problema de status en woocommerce

    Estoy trabajando con kivicare para reserva de citas y mercado pago como plataforma de pago, pero lo que ocurre es que todo el proceso de reserva y pago de la cita se realiza correctamente pero woocommerce al pedido lo trabaja como pendiente de pago aunque el pago se haya realizado correctamente. Recien entre 5 a 60 minutos automaticamente pasa el status a completado y ahi permite confirmar la cita y enviar los mails correspondientes

    Cualquier ayuda es bienvenida

    I am working with kivicare for appointment booking and mercado pago as a payment platform, but what happens is that the whole process of booking and payment of the appointment is done correctly but woocommerce works as pending payment although the payment has been made correctly. Only between 5 to 60 minutes automatically passes the status to completed and then allows to confirm the appointment and send the corresponding mails.

    I understand the issue you’re experiencing. It seems there’s a delay in the communication between Mercado Pago and WooCommerce, which is likely causing the payment status to remain as “pending” for some time before switching to “completed.”

    I recommend reaching out to Mercado Pago support to see if they can provide any insights into the delay. In the meantime, could you share screenshots of the Order Notes (you can find them by editing the order)?

    I contacted Mercado Pago and they told me that the problem is not with their platform since they only process the payment and the process is carried out correctly.

    They tell me that the problem is with the WooCommerce verification.

    I attach the images although for WooCommerce the status change and the payment are approved simultaneously, this is not the case and it takes between 5 and 60 minutes.

    Hey @francom10 – Thanks for getting back to us ??

    Just to be sure, did you reach out to MercadoPago or the developers that created the integration between MercadoPago and WooCommerce?

    In terms of the payment processing: Did you check with MercadoPago on whether there are delays in payment processing? I’m asking as the WooCommerce would only change the payment status once the payment was captured successfully.

    Hello,

    I contacted Mercado Pago and they referred me to those in charge of the plugin.

    Regarding the capture within the order, in the order that says “pending payment” Mercado Pago already processes it as a completed and complete payment, what is not processed is the status change from WooCommerce.
