status does not change

    My subscribers confirm the registration but the status does not change to “Registered” and remains in the “Unapproved” status

    I found out that subscribers receive a confirmation email that is incorrect.
    They did not receive the correctconfirmation emaile !!!
    If I click on manual confirmation the subscriber receives my correct signup confirmation email and then the confirmation works.

    Make sure that your confirmation email is setup correctly. Go to MailPoet Settings > Sign-up Confirmation > Email Content, and check that you’re using the short code: [activation_link]Confirm your subscription.[/activation_link]
