    All the plugins except WP SendFox are deactivated.
    I am using the default Twenty Twenty-Two Theme.

    But when I go to the SendFox > Connect menu, I still have this status error JSON PARSE.

    … And I really don’t know what to do with it!

    Hi @benlumi!

    Could you please enable log in WordPress Dashboard menu > SendFox, then try to connect your API key again, then press Reload list and then share the log contents with me here (from under the “Logs” tab).

    This would help me a lot.

    Thank you for your very prompt answer and all the details.
    Thanks to you, problem solved!

    Just removing my API token and entering it again changed my status to Connected. Silly me!

    Do you still need my log contents? Could that be helpful to you?
