Status field not updating

  • When I change the status field from pending to active and update the record, the status is not in line with the data base: it stays pending on screen.

    It seems to have to do with an ampersand (&) in the company name.
    That is not “allowed”.
    It is, in the communication, interpreted as an HTML query delimiter.
    License Manager should, however, allow it.
