• Hello,

    We already updated all the Skrill settings. When we do an order on over the skrill plugin we get the status on hold in Woocommerce. When I open the order it says: Skrill – Not Verified. Please check your Skrill settings.

    Is there a debug log where I can find more information what happened there? Or what could cause this?

    We are using Wocommerce version 4.0.1 and the skrill version is 1.0.34.

    I found a transaction log. It says:
    04-18-2020 @ 12:59:33 – [Order Id : XXXXX ] Payment has been successfully with status : -7

    What does -7 means?

    Hi @pluto21

    The problem should be because of the missmatch between merchant_id or secret_word parameters.

    So please re-check your:
    1. Merchant ID
    2. Secret Word

    in “Skrill General Setting” tab.
