    Hi,

    I changed the Completed status to ‘Shipped’ but now when I select that status when adding tracking information, the tracking mail is not send anymore?

    Is the tracking mail only send when clicking on ‘Partial Shipped’ if so then how do I change that status to ‘Shipped’ ?

    The Rename of the completed order status is just for the label, the email is the same, we do not send this email, we just add the tracking info to that email. The Partially shipped is additional status which we offer and there is not dependency between them.
