Status on PHP 7.1 support

    I noticed in the FAQ the following items regarding PHP 7.1 Support:

    WP Statistics has not yet been tested on PHP 7.1 and reports so far (As of February 2017) indicate there are issues. As PHP 7.1 is still relatively new it is not recommended at this time.

    More than a year after, what is the status? Does it works well?
    PHP 7.1 is not “relatively new” anymore, hence it should be supported.
