    Hello guys,

    For a few weeks now, my orders payed with Paypal Standard module in Woocommerce stay as “pending payment” so my confirmation emails are not sent. I’ve tried as a client to reproduce the case, as a client, I receive en email from Paypal saying the payment is OK but the status in Woocommerce is not. What happened and how to fix this?

    Hi @newki75,

    Are you using PayPal Payments or the old PayPal Standard integration?
    We can only help with issues relating to the new PayPal Payments integration.
    Could you maybe share a link to your site?

    If you are using PayPal Standard, then IPN must be configured for the orders to change their status.
    But when the order status does not change after the payment with PayPal Payments, then it could be related to the webhooks not being registered properly.
    To make sure the webhooks are registered correctly, please first enable “Logging” in the plugin settings and then visit the “Webhooks Status” dashboard from the settings.

    Then click on Resubscribe and afterward Simulate to verify that the webhooks are received.
    If it takes a while and displays an error after trying to simulate, then we would be interested in a copy of your logfile which you can access from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    Tx for your answer! I’m using the old Paypal standard and I’ve changed the IPN URL in my paypal account e=and the issue is fixed ??
