Status set to pending even when double optin unchecked

    I have used wp forms for mailchimp submittion when i use wp forms even if i disable the double opt in option the status is sent as pending and not subscribed. i tried searching through database to find the option to check if its causing trouble but can’t seem to find the options. how do i disable the double opt in and set the status to subscribed instead of pending.

    Note: I have unchecked the double opt in option in wp form as well as mc4wp.

    Hey @saugatadhikari,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please note that the “WP Forms” integration does not have any option to disable “Double Opt-in”. You might have mistaken the option to pre-select the “Checkbox” with “Double Opt-in”.
