• I’ve NEVER left a negative review – ever. There’s always a first I guess. I run a small but busy web-dev agency with 50+ clients – use a lot of tools and so on. I’ve never used Swift, but I must have purchased a trial last year (I don’t recall) but I try a lot of tools, all good so far. This year they AUTO-RENEWED my subscription – fair enough, I had no idea I was subscribed, but within the hour of the renewal I contacted them (in a friendly tone) with “Hey Guys, I don’t use the service, please cancel and reverse the charge.” They told me no. I thought they misunderstood, why would they say no? I’m only asking for cancellation of the 12 months going forward (not last year). So I emailed them a second time re-explaining I’ve never used the service, I have no use for it, and clearly they can see no license key was used, nor has any ever under my account. They still said no. They also refuse to cancel my account – I’m so confused now – how do I cancel this subscription? My only recourse was to cancel my credit card – hours of work to now replace my card with the 100+ other services I use (grueling)
    and also to report and file paperwork to get the charge reversed. So many amazing companies in our community – this is not one of them. BUYER BEWARE, THEY”LL SCAM YOU FOR $100 – so sad!

  • I also sent a request for a refund in December 2019 (during their 30 days money back policy, and also during the 14 days refund period we have in EU, no questions asked) and my subscription status is under “pending cancel” since December.
