• I bought this plugin a week ago. Turns out it didn’t do what I wanted it to, so I tried creating a ticket on the website. However, for that, I need to enter my Freemium email and Freemius public key. I have no idea what Freemius is and I have no idea where to find those keys, so I am simply unable to open a ticket with them.

    But there is also a support email in the welcome email. So I emailed them there and guess what: a week later there is no answer from them. I have never seen such terrible support, or lack of it, from companies that aren’t scammers, so my only conclusion is that they take your money and then give you the finger!

    Stay away, there are other plugins that can solve your issue, the company behind this plugin is not worth dealing with…

    EDIT: After this review, I got in touch with them. Apparently, my email had gone to their spam folder. I was also told that Freemius is taking care of the payment, meaning that the site URL is freemius.com, as well as the terms of services and user agreement links during payment. I see that as a payment processor, I have never had to add any Stripe ID or PayPal ID to get support from another plugin before…

    I was also refunded, so I am updating this review with a new title and this edit. I still don’t recommend this plugin, this is a terrible way of doing support in my opinion and not professional at all.

    Please see that Freemius is a platform that manages licenses and fees and you got access from Freemius account with one of the first emails right after the purchase.

    Also, you can see the link to the documentation when creating a ticket where you can find Freemius key.

    Managers will check your email. It could probably went to spam folder.

    Also, according to rules of this platform we can’t post information about the premium products. So, send your Freemius ID here for further actions.
