    The plugin has not been updated in 11 months. It is not compatible with the current version of Word Press.

    It conflicts with other plugins. Many features, like attachment upload crash the ticket system.

    do not make the mistake and think that paying for support will actually get you support. I will now need to dispute the charge on my credit card.

    Having a ticket system that WORKS is critical to all businesses who may want this plugin. Save yourself time, money, and headache and STAY FAR AWAY from this solution.

    I made the mistake 8 months ago before all the bad reviews started coming out. My loss.
