STCR Vs Comment Mail

    Hello Reedyseth,

    I’ve checked your news and the website of Comment Mail. I’ve seen too the message in the WordPress dashboard after STCR update “Note: Subscribe to Comments Reloaded remains in active development”. I’ve seen also that Comment Mail “includes all of the core STCR features”.

    Could you give us precisions on differences between those 2 plugins. And your recommendation maybe ? Even if development goes on with STCR, is there a risk or is it preferable to change for Comment Mail ? Are Comment Mail options exactly the same as STCR or is there more options ?

    Maybe you have a link which explain that ? I didn’t found.

    Comment Mail is a new plugin that includes the core options of StCR, and yes it has more options, just the lite version is like StCR but the development has been going active for more than a year, so is very stable. If you need more features you can purchase the Pro version that will allow you integration with Facebook, twitter with something Cal SSO (Single Sign-On) and also Reply to comments via Email (RVE), it includes also a Digest system, take a look at its features here:

    Yes the development of StCR will continue and more features and enhancements will be added, so you have two options of comment system that you can choose.
