Stealth Login error

Hello

I have installed the Stealth Login plugin and I get an error message saying that my .htaccess file is not writable. I consulted with my hosting company and they told me that my website is hosted on Windows environment that does not have an .htaccess file.

I am lost and I really don’t know how to proceed now.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
