These guys are AWESOME!

I found this plug in because I loved the real time clicks on my site.. Being able to track where customers are going specifically for target sake is HUGE. However when I installed the plug in (possibly due to my configuration) that function was not working correctly.

I used the chat feature and was requested to create a ticket. 24 Hours later i was able to chat with a support person and work though the issue one on one. It was such a refreshing feeling to have a human being work with me rather than emails that get stuck in a 24 hour day by day holding pattern.

Not only did he help solve the issue at hand he helped me create some goals, and identify issues not pertaining to his plug-in.

Cant wait for the new features.. Awesome work guys! Thanks again.
